Peoplesoft is one of the larger solution providers in this area, as is ADP. Other companies with an enterprise solution are OrgPlus and TimeVision.

Multi-purpose Software

This is drawing software that can be used to make organizational charts. What they lack in specialized org charting features they make up for in easy to use drawing capabilities that are effective for a wide range of applications, not just for organization charts. Typical software in this category are SmartDraw and Visio.
